Cookie and Local Storage Policy

pzb.si remembers dismissal of the storage notice. If you use the Orbital Playground, it also remembers your simulation settings, named saves, and chosen browser profile. This storage supports those features; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
1. What the site stores

Local storage is saved by your browser for this site. Unlike a traditional cookie, it is not automatically attached to every web request.
Orbital Playground data is not uploaded to PZB. The profile cookie is sent with requests under /satellites/, while profile names and simulation contents remain in local storage. Anyone using the same browser can switch between its profiles. Different browsers and devices do not automatically share these saves.
2. Form protection and server logs
The contact form uses hidden timing and interaction fields while the page is open. These values are submitted only when you send the form and are not stored in your browser between visits. The server also processes short-lived IP-based rate information and duplicate fingerprints as described in the Privacy Policy. These are security records, not marketing cookies.
3. Embedded and third-party content
The current pages serve their main fonts, images, and scripts locally and do not embed third-party video, maps, analytics, or social feeds. A normal link to another website does not let that website store anything until you choose to follow the link. Once you leave pzb.si, the destination's own privacy and cookie terms apply.
4. Your controls
You can remove the saved preference through your browser's site-data or local-storage controls. The notice will then appear again. Blocking local storage will not prevent you from reading the site or sending an inquiry, but the notice may return on later visits.
Within the Orbital Playground, you can load or delete named simulations and switch profiles. Blocking the profile cookie prevents the profile choice from being remembered reliably; blocking local storage prevents simulation saving. The animation can still run. Clearing pzb.si site data deletes local profiles and simulations, and PZB cannot recover them.
5. Future changes
If PZB introduces optional analytics, marketing, embedded media, or another non-essential technology, we will update this table and request valid consent before activating it where consent is required. An "accept" button will not be used to imply optional tracking when no such tracking exists.
