Terms and Conditions

Effective: August 27, 2026

How these terms work

The website introduces PZB and lets you make an inquiry. It is not currently an online shop. A contract exists only when scope, price, timing, and any service-specific conditions are confirmed in writing.

1. Provider

PZB, Prestolnica Zdravja Bled, d.o.o., Ljubljanska cesta 8, 4260 Bled, Slovenia. Registration number: 6305733000. VAT ID: SI74779931. Registered with the District Court in Kranj. Direct contact details are available through our contact page.

2. Scope and order of documents

These terms govern use of pzb.si and provide the general basis for PZB wellbeing retreats, education, consulting, IT infrastructure and automation work, support, and hospitality solutions such as dIR and dGost. A proposal, booking confirmation, statement of work, licence, support schedule, or other written agreement may contain additional or different terms. For that service, the specific written agreement takes priority over these general terms.

Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over any conflicting contractual provision.

3. Website inquiries are not orders

Sending a form or email does not create a booking, licence, purchase, or obligation to supply. PZB may ask for more information and will confirm availability, deliverables, price, taxes, payment schedule, dates, and relevant conditions before a contract is formed. An offer is valid only for the period stated in it.

4. Prices, VAT, and payment

Prices are stated in the applicable proposal or confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, consumer prices include VAT where required and business prices are quoted excluding VAT. Additional travel, accommodation, third-party licences, hardware, delivery, or out-of-scope work is charged only when disclosed or approved.

Invoices are payable by the stated due date. PZB may pause undelivered work after reasonable notice if an undisputed overdue amount remains unpaid. Consumers retain all mandatory protections relating to payment and performance.

5. Wellbeing retreats and education

Participants must provide accurate practical information, follow reasonable venue and safety instructions, and tell PZB promptly about accessibility needs or circumstances relevant to safe participation. The exact program, instructors, location, included items, accommodation, and schedule are those in the booking confirmation.

Wellbeing services and educational material do not provide medical diagnosis, emergency care, psychotherapy, or a guaranteed health outcome. If you have symptoms, a diagnosed condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are unsure whether participation is appropriate, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

PZB may make reasonable changes to timing, instructors, or activities where needed for safety, availability, weather, or circumstances outside its control, while preserving the essential character of the agreed service or offering an appropriate remedy.

6. IT, automation, dIR, and dGost services

IT work is limited to the agreed scope, assumptions, systems, service levels, and acceptance criteria. The client must provide timely decisions, lawful access, suitable licences, accurate technical information, and a responsible contact. Unless specifically included, PZB is not responsible for managing unrelated systems or third-party services.

Before any migration or material change, the client remains responsible for confirming that usable backups exist unless backup creation and verification are explicitly part of PZB's scope. PZB will use reasonable professional care, but no connected system can be guaranteed to be permanently uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from security incidents.

Product functionality, hosting, support, user limits, integrations, and data-processing roles for dIR, dGost, or another digital service are defined in the applicable proposal or licence terms.

7. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate information and notify us when relevant facts change.
  • Use services lawfully and respect the rights, privacy, safety, and property of others.
  • Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
  • Review deliverables and raise specific concerns within the review period stated in the agreement.
  • Obtain permissions for any content, personal data, systems, or materials supplied to PZB.

8. Intellectual property and confidentiality

PZB retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, software, know-how, branding, and website content. Ownership or licence rights in custom deliverables are stated in the applicable agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, third-party software and content remain governed by their own licences.

Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information received for an engagement and may use it only to perform or receive the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Cancellations, withdrawal, and delivery

Cancellation, consumer withdrawal, refund, and rescheduling rules are explained in our Cancellations, Withdrawal and Refunds Policy. Delivery of digital and physical materials is explained in our Delivery Policy. Specific booking or project terms may add fair, disclosed conditions.

10. Liability

Each party is responsible for foreseeable direct loss caused by its breach or negligence, subject to the specific agreement and mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, PZB is not liable for indirect business loss, lost profit, or failure caused by inaccurate client information, unauthorised changes, third-party platforms, unsupported systems, or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please submit a complaint through the contact page with the relevant booking, invoice, or project reference and a clear description of the requested resolution. We will acknowledge and consider it in good faith.

A consumer who cannot resolve a contractual dispute directly with PZB may review the official Slovenian information and registered providers for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. Unless a specific agreement states otherwise or mandatory law requires participation, PZB does not commit in advance to a particular dispute-resolution provider.

12. Law and changes

Slovenian law governs these terms. Courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction, but consumers keep any mandatory protection and jurisdiction rights provided by the law of their habitual residence. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown above and do not rewrite an already confirmed agreement unless both parties agree or the law requires it.
