Delivery Policy
Effective: August 27, 2026
Retreats and education are scheduled services. IT work and hospitality applications are delivered through agreed access, implementation, or digital handover. Physical delivery applies only when an offer specifically includes an item.
1. Booking and service confirmations
After an agreement is reached, PZB normally sends the booking confirmation, proposal acceptance, invoice, practical instructions, or project schedule electronically to the contact address supplied by the customer. A contact-form acknowledgment is not itself confirmation that a booking or project has been accepted.
2. Digital delivery and access
Course materials, reports, documentation, credentials, software access, configuration, or other digital deliverables are provided by the secure or practical method agreed for the engagement. The applicable confirmation states the expected date, format, dependencies, and any acceptance or review period.
The customer is responsible for giving a working contact address, maintaining compatible equipment and connectivity disclosed before the contract, and notifying PZB promptly if access or delivery has not arrived. Credentials must not be forwarded to unauthorised users.
3. On-site and scheduled services
A retreat, workshop, consultation, installation, or on-site support visit is delivered at the location and time shown in the written confirmation. Unless the confirmation says otherwise, travel to the location, personal insurance, and accommodation are not automatically included.
4. Physical materials
The current website does not offer direct online ordering of physical goods. If printed materials, equipment, or another item is included in a specific offer, PZB will disclose the item, destination restrictions, carrier or collection method, delivery cost, estimated dispatch period, and any required import charges before the contract is confirmed.
For consumers, risk in physical goods passes when the consumer or a nominated third party takes physical possession, except where the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by PZB. Business delivery terms may be agreed separately.
5. Delays and delivery problems
Delivery dates are binding only when expressly confirmed as such. If a material delay occurs, PZB will inform the customer and propose a reasonable new date or another remedy required by law. PZB is not responsible for delay caused by incomplete customer information, unavailable access, customs, carrier disruption, or another event outside reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to help resolve it.
Report missing, damaged, inaccessible, or incorrect delivery through the contact page as soon as reasonably possible. This request for prompt notice does not reduce statutory consumer rights concerning conformity.
6. Cancellation and returns
For withdrawal, rescheduling, cancellation, or return rules, see the Cancellations, Withdrawal and Refunds Policy.
